KYN28-12 armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is designed for three-phase AC 50Hz systems with rated voltages of 3.6–12kV. It is used for power distribution, control, protection, and monitoring in medium-voltage networks. Featuring a metal-clad compartmentalized structure and a withdrawable vacuum circuit breaker, it complies with IEC 62271 standards and is widely applied in substations, power plants, and industrial power systems.
The enclosure is made of aluminized zinc-coated steel sheets, processed with precision machinery and multi-fold bending, providing high mechanical strength. The cabinet door is spray-coated, offering strong impact and corrosion resistance (IP4X rating).
Main switch options include high-quality vacuum circuit breakers such as ABB VD4, Siemens 3AE, and Schneider AVX. Conductors maintain an air insulation distance > 125mm and composite insulation > 60mm. Reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks fully meet "five-prevention" requirements.
